This is a relaxing spoil me session that includes a 50 or 80 minute massage, along with your choice of a sugar foot scrub, an essential oil scalp massage, and a back exfoliating sugar scrub or hand and forearm scrub
45-Minute Massage and Cupping
A 30 minute massage and 15 minutes of cupping
Massage and Tens Unit
You'll get a 50 minute massage after a 20 minute tens unit application. Tens applications help to reduce pain and increase the body's own pain relief by stimulating nerves and potentially blocking pain signals or triggering the release of endorphins.

Hands are dipped in a moisturizing wax then wrapped in gloves for 10-15 minutes, then a sugar scrub is done, for soft moisturized hands along with a massage. The dip also helps with sore stiff joints and promotes circulation.
Back Exfoliating Scrub Add-on
Sugar scrub performed on the back to help stimulation and slough off dead skin

Full Body Sugar Scrub and Massage 2 options
this service provides an all over body scrub, i.e., legs, arms, feet, hands, back and a scalp massage. You will get the body scrub first, then proceed to rinse off in our ensuite shower, then return to the table to get your full body massage.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
These stones are heated and help with circulation to help reduce pain and inflammation and promote healing. It lightly exfoliates the skin; it also helps promote sleep and helps you fall asleep faster. This also helps release endorphins that lower stress and puts you in a better mood.
